From now until January 8, League members can access our lowest registration prices of the year. We are looking forward to seeing you in Baltimore!

Please be aware that by participating in the public forum, “The League of American Orchestras’ 81st National Conference," you are automatically authorizing the League of American Orchestras (hereinafter “League”) and its employees, agents, and assigns to use your photograph or other likeness for purposes related to the mission of the League, including but not limited to publicity, marketing, websites, other electronic forms of media, and promotion of the League and its various programs.

LEAGUE STUDENT MEMBERS
Full- or part-time students and recent graduates (since 2025) who are League members are welcome to attend the National Conference for free and to participate in the student constituency meeting track. Please register early; there are a limited number of free spots available.

Please provide proof of student status, if requested. Any student who is under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult chaperone over the age of 21 at all times.

Tabletop Booth: $940 Destination | $990 Regular
Includes one registration and one 6-foot draped table with a chair and an identification sign. No floor standing displays for this booth type.
Standard Booth: $1,465 Destination | $1,515 Regular
Each 8′ x 8’ booth includes one registration and will be set with 8′ high blue and white back drape, 3′ high blue side dividers, one white skirted table, three side chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign.
Tech Fair with Presentation: $2,545 Destination | $2,625 Regular
Attend and exhibit at the League Conference, plus participate as a presenter in the Tech Fair. Includes:
A 20-minute presentation session in a conference room (Room comes equipped with a hard-wired internet connection, projector/screen, and basic sound system).
Early set-up of your exhibit booth in the Exhibit Hall with designated early hours especially for those vendors participating in the Tech Fair.
One full Conference registration.
8' x 8' booth with an 8’ high back wall, two 3’ high side walls, one skirted table, and three chairs.
Description of your company’s presentation, company logo, speaker name, and contact information included in a special Tech Fair program handed out to all attendees.

Pre-Conference Seminars and Meetings
EDCE AND YOD PRE-CONFERENCE HALF-DAY MEETING

Learn more about this meeting. This seminar is open to League members only. The registration fee covers costs for light refreshments.
Please note: the Education and Community Engagement (EdCE) and Youth Orchestra Division (YOD) Half-Day meeting is designed for and open to professionals from member orchestras who specialize in this work. If you have any questions, please contact nlee@americanorchestras.org and hbriere@americanorchestras.org. Space may be limited and therefore priority will be given to registrants from the EdCE and YOD constituencies.
