Register early to save. From now until January 9, League members can register for Conference at the lowest prices of the year. Early Bird deadline is April 24.

Please be aware that by participating in the public forum, “The League of American Orchestras’ 80th National Conference," you are automatically authorizing the League of American Orchestras (hereinafter “League”) and its employees, agents, and assigns to use your photograph or other likeness for purposes related to the mission of the League, including but not limited to publicity, marketing, websites, other electronic forms of media, and promotion of the League and its various programs.

LEAGUE STUDENT MEMBERS

Full- or part-time students and recent graduates (since 2021) who are League members are welcome to attend the National Conference for free and to participate in the student constituency meeting track. Please register early; there are a limited number of free spots available

Ten or more individuals from the same organization registering together can arrange a special rate. Contact member@americanorchestras.org with a list of the registrant names, their role with the organization, and email address so Member Services provide these individuals with the appropriate discount code.

Tabletop Booth: $875 Destination | $925 Regular

Includes one registration and one 6-foot draped table with a chair and an identification sign. No floor standing displays for this booth type.

Standard Booth: $1,375 Destination | $1,430 Regular

Each 8′ x 10′ booth includes one registration and will be set with 8′ high blue and white back drape, 3′ high blue side dividers, one 8′ white skirted table, three side chairs, one wastebasket, and one 7″ x 44″ one-line identification sign.

Tech Fair with Presentation: $2,385 Destination | $2,465 Regular

Attend and exhibit at the League Conference + participate as a presenter in the Tech Fair. Includes:

  • A 20-minute presentation session in a conference room (Room comes equipped with a hard-wired internet connection, projector/screen, and basic sound system).

  • Early set-up of your exhibit booth in the Exhibit Hall with designated early hours especially for those vendors participating in the Tech Fair.

  • One full conference registration.

  • 8' x 10' booth with an 8’ high back wall, two 3’ high side walls, an eight-foot table, and three chairs.

  • Description of your company’s presentation, company logo, speaker name, and contact information included in a special Tech Fair program handed out to all attendees.

  • Exhibit listing on the Conference website, as well as the program handed out to all delegates of the Conference upon arrival.

  • Breakfast to be provided for vendors and attendees.

Tech Fair Booth Only: $1,590 Destination | $1,645
