Cancellation Policy


What happens to my registration fee if I am no longer able to attend Conference in person?

If you have registered to attend or exhibit in person and find that you are no longer able to attend, please contact Member Services at member@americanorchestras.org. Let us know if you would like to:

  1. Transfer your registration to the 2026 National Conference in Baltimore, June 1-3, or

  2. Receive a credit toward future League programs in the amount of your registration fee (including webinars and other virtual programming), or

  3. Convert your 2025 registration to a livestream-only ticket and receive a refund of the difference in fee, or

  4. Receive a full refund of your registration fee.
    Please note that exhibitors who cancel after May 23 will incur a $175 fee to cover costs that will have already been incurred.

In all cases, the League of American Orchestras is not responsible for reimbursing travel and lodging costs.

Tickets for the Utah Symphony concert on Thursday, June 12, 2025 can be added on to your Conference registration until May 16, 2025. After that date, please purchase directly from the Utah Symphony. Tickets purchased through the League registration process can be cancelled and refunded up until May 16. No refunds will be available after that date.
