Cancellation Policy


What happens to my registration fee if I am no longer able to attend Conference in person?

If you have registered to attend or exhibit in person and find that you are no longer able to attend, please contact Member Services at member@americanorchestras.org. Let us know if you would like to:

  1. Transfer your registration to the 2027 National Conference in Atlanta, June 2-4, or

  2. Receive a credit toward future League programs in the amount of your registration fee (including webinars and other virtual programming), or

  3. Receive a full refund of your registration fee.
    Please note that exhibitors who cancel after May 6 will incur a $175 fee to cover costs that will have already been incurred.

In all cases, the League of American Orchestras is not responsible for reimbursing travel and lodging costs.

Tickets for the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra concert on Thursday, June 2, 2026 can be added on to your Conference registration until May 6, 2026. After that date, please purchase directly from the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Tickets purchased through the League registration process can be cancelled and refunded until May 6. No refunds will be available after that date.
